In 2016 Perth Paint Solutions carried out substantial painting for us at our new home in Swanbourne and also at our previous 1910 era home also in Swanbourne. The paint works at our new home were extensive and involved interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and also exterior cedar timber facia panels. The paintworks were carried out in accordance with the specifications of our architect and builder and were completed in a timely and professional manner.
We have been living in the new house for more than a year now and we have not seen any defects come to light with the painting. Dara was asked to touch up a number of defects due to cracks in the walls associated with settlement and this was also done in a timely and professional manner.
The paint works in our three-level 1910 era home were also extensive, involving high ceilings which are the original batten ceilings from 1910, and detailed scroll work in the cornices and at the same time avoiding the ornate chandeliers and fireplace surrounds. The finished product has been very satisfying for us and it attests to the thorough surface preparation that was done prior to painting. The floors are polished jarrah throughout the house and these were thoroughly protected by drop sheets at all times. Dara also painted the verandah posts and the associated timber facia boards and external woodwork which was all part of the exterior restoration works.
At all times Dara and his team have been a pleasure to have working in our houses. Dara is obviously a person who takes a lot of pride in his work and his prompt attention to anything that was of concern to us was apparent and reassuring. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dara and his team for your paint works.
